I have done some reading about building businesses. The key point in building one is you should make it as not dependent of the employees and from the boss, which is you. Start thinking big and scale it up through setting up a great system that will accommodate a large organization without demanding too much on your part.
To become lazy is advantageous at many instances. You will be forced to think hard if you prefer to work less. You will think of ways on how to earn money without much effort and time on your part. If you are used to getting an amount of money for every hour you worked, discard your thinking. If you really want to get rich the lazy way, you should think of ways on how to serve more and more people and sell more and more products and services without your presence.
