- Smile more. If you smile, you will trigger lots of biochemical reactions that promote better health. In addition, you would feel better.
- Eat with your loved ones, as much as possible. It is good to be eating with your family, and the family bond is being strengthened.
- Eat less. If you want to eat a lot, eat less. You can eat a lot more food if you will live longer and take care of your health. If you eat less, you will be healthier, and you can eat your favorite foods over the long run if you consume them in lesser amounts.
- Exercise. This is the most common piece of advice to achieve perfect health, but often the most neglected. If you are bored with exercising, try doing it with your loved ones. You can have a conversation with your companion while you are working out.
- Have enough sleep. Some people neglect their sleep because they want to catch up a deadline or some other similar things. If you sleep less than the required, your mental and physical activity would be affected. In addition, you would get be more irritable and you would actually accomplish less.
